The challenge
The property combined underground parking floors with outdoor common areas, requiring different cleaning methods and schedules.
The deployment
Poly Property deployed six robots across two phases between May and July 2026: two Scrubber 75 units for the first garage, two Omnie units for the second, and two Beetle sweepers for community grounds. Each robot operated within its assigned zone.
Reported outcomes
Gausium reports more repeatable cleaning and a shift in staff focus towards details such as handrails and landscape features. This was a global property deployment, not an Australian installation.
